MINiSTRY

BREAKAWAY MINISTRIES

Breakaway exists to help any and every college student take their first or next step with Jesus Christ.

I have been a Breakaway Volunteer since January of 2021. I first began serving on the Support Team and served in that role for 3 semesters. Starting in August of 2022, I transitioned into serving on the Creative team as a photographer. I am excited that I will get to serve as a Creative Team Leader for my last year of college. This is an incredible honor and I am humbled by what the Lord will do through me.

IMPACT RETREAT

Impact Retreat is a 4-day retreat designed to connect incoming freshman into the Bryan/College Station area to churches and ministries that will provide lasting community on the foundation of Jesus Christ and the Gospel.

I attended virtually Impact as a freshman in August of 2020 during the Covid pandemic. This did not wreck God's plan to do incredible things through this retreat that truly set the foundation of my walk with Christ throughout college. I first served at Impact on the 2022 Media Team as a photographer. I am currently serving as the Head Photographer on the 2023 Media Team. 

YOUTH IMPACT

Youth Impact is a discipleship ministry, dedicated to reaching kids 1st-12th grade in Bryan and College Station.

This ministry holds a special place in my heart. I was introduced to Youth Impact through my roommate, Brenna. Brenna has served in this ministry both as a volunteer and an age group leader throughout her time in college. It has radically shaped and transformed her into who she is today. I have been blessed with the opportunity to get to capture mission, the name of their Thursday after-school program, and other events.
